For the last 4 years or so I have been taking pictures particularly of people and key national events - a lot. I have half a dozen interests on the ago at anyone time. Images pile up. Then I began to review the back catalogue and realised just how many I had ignored. Now with the eye of an emerging Documentary photographer, I began to see merit – and Stories!.

 

Some were intended for larger eBooks or award projects. Others were single-day shoots, too few to make a full publication. Then there were the many that broke photographic rules and were discounted. 

 

In my eyes at least, these un-seen images are now treasure, the by-product of an overly-focussed project mind.
